Range of activities:
Conducting all work related to the administrative and technical service of the Institute:
- mail receipt and dispatch;
2) social and service acivities for employees;
3) maintaining aesthetics and order in the palace-park complex and the public part of the palace building, adjacent areas (streets and squares);
4) securing transport needs;
5) conducting the procedure of renting the premises in the seat of the Institute and supervising the proper performance of concluded rental agreements;
6) supervision and protection of the Institute’s property;
7) payable service duties;
8) providing technical and infrastructural services for congresses, conferences, training courses, workshops and other dissemination-promotional and cultural events commissioned by the Institute or other administrative and economic units;
9) development of supply plans for the Institute and securing proper operation of means of communication and transport;
10) conducting negotiations on proces and fees with utility providers and updating concluded contracts.
