Range of activities
- Execution of public procurement procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and the Public Procurement Regulations;
- Making purchases with the exception of the Public Procurement Law and in accordance with the Procurement Regulations with the exception of the application of the Public Procurement Law;
- Cooperation, under the rules set out in the Director’s regulation, in the preparation of tenders for the award of the contract in case the offerer is the Institute.
