Range of activities:

1. maintenace of the Institute’s accounting;
2. preparing the Company Accounting Scheme, document circulation instructions and updating them;
3. drawing up a financial plan;
4. keeping records and financial reporting on the IUNG-PIB multiannual programmes;
5. accepting RZD unitary financial reports and preparing collective financial reports of the Institute and RZD;
6. interim analysis of economic activity and financial results;
7. maintenance of the accounting records of local facilities;
8. accounting of loan and benefit fund operating in IUNG-PIB;
9. preparation of collective corporate income tax and value added tax returns;
10. fixed assets, equipment and scientific and research apparatus inventory; 
11. providing cash desk service to the Institute;
12. settlement of wages, personal income tax and ZUS (the Social Insurance Institution).
